




Angela Chapman is a seasoned executive, visionary entrepreneur, and devoted philanthropist whose career spans over many decades of service, leadership, and legacy building. As the CEO and President of Bright Legacy Enterprises, LLC, Angela is an accredited investor who has led the acquisition and management of a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, driving strategic growth and social impact across communities in Texas.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University and Abilene Christian University, Angela holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and a B.S. in Health Administration. She is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Conflict Resolution Management, and Board Leadership. Her professional background includes high-impact roles in organizational consulting, HR benefits strategy, and executive advisement, serving clients from major corporations to grassroots nonprofits.
Angela’s leadership extends far beyond the business world. She is a proud Endowed Century Club Lifetime Member at Texas A&M, where she funds scholarships for future leaders. She currently serves on the boards of Dallas Black Dance Theatre, The Crown Within Inc., and Pioneering Excellence, and previously served on the board of JCIM Technology Corporation. Her philanthropic reach includes partnerships with the East Texas Food Bank, American Heart Association, and public school systems in Houston, Dallas, and Tyler ISD.
Whether mentoring rising professionals, creating inclusive leadership strategies, or advising organizations through transformative growth, Angela remains rooted in her mission: to build a legacy through leadership, service, and impact. However, above all of her professional and community roles, her most cherished title is Mom to two beautiful children, Lauren and Leonard II.
